Description: a roadside spring that has been contained in the past.

This spring was rediscovered at the close of the twentieth century as a result of local residents clearing away vegetation from the roadside green. Little is known of its provenance although it has clearly been deliberately modified, possibly to provide a source of water for domestic purposes at some time.
